The e-MINI CHALLENGE® 2020 2nd Season will start on 10th July from 8PM (UTC +9:00)!
Come to join us to the classic MINI onemake race event holding in virtual, with the game GRAN TURISMO SPORT.
The e-MINI CHALLENGE® Series is a new motorsports event holding over the year, assorting Classic MINI and e-Sports.Feel the "real" in the game by tuning the Swiftune's 4 Speed gearbox Ratio, and custom your fastest virtual MINI!  

This Series is a motorsports event produced by Sanwa Trading & Co.,
As other motorsports event, please follow the rules and respect Sportsmanship.

■ <2020 Season> Overview

● Eligibility
Anyone can participate to the e-MINI CHALLENGE® series, from the game "Gran Turismo SPORT" online service. Therefore, please finish the driver registration before your first race for each season.
There is no purchasing of entry fee or compulsion about join the race.
● Holding Schedule
The 2020 Series 2nd season's Round 1 starts from 10th July 2020 (except for class C, which will start from 17th July). For the following rounds, please check the Schedule.
● Series Composition
The e-MINI CHALLENGE® 2020 Series comprise the "1st Season" and "2nd Season", followed by the Final event "CHAMPIONS CUP"

　A、1st and 2nd Season composition
　　１、Regular Race <Online>
The Regular Race is holding during each Season, as online race. Before participating your first race of each season, a Driver Registration is needed. The entry fee is free.
Few races will be held in one day, according to the Schedule. All the races held in the same day will be count as one "Round". By participating to each Round, "Season Point" is given according to the race result on that Round. A "Season Ranking" will be created and updated after each Round.

　　２、Special Stage <Online>
The Special Stage is holding once in few month, instead of the Regular Race. The race Course will be different from the Regular Race, as for the room's rule and settings required. "Season Point" is given according to the race result on that Round, and a bonus point is also given to all the drivers who participated to the Special Stage.

Top ranked drivers will be awarded after each Season.


　B、CHAMPIONS CUP
The CHAMPIONS CUP is the last event held as the Final of the 2020 Series. The right to participate to the CHAMPIONS CUP is determinated by each "Season Ranking" top ranked drivers, when all the regular races are finished. The winner of the CHAMPIONS CUP will be awarded as the "Series Champion". 
● Season Ranking
"Season Point" is given to drivers participating to the Online Races according to their race results, and a "Season Ranking" will be made from these points.
The "Season Point" given will be determinate by the highest result made during race on that round. For example, if a driver takes the 1st and 3rd place during the Round 1, a "Season Point" equivalent to the 1st place is given to this driver. 
If two or more drivers have the same points on the "Season Ranking", drivers corresponding to the following rules will be ranked higher:
    a. the one who has most participated to the series;
    b. the one who finished in a better place during the last race;
    c. the one who made a better time record during the last Round's Qualifying.

"Bonus Points" are also given for the following conditions:
   ・Fastest Lap Bonus: to the driver who made the fastest lap (for each race);
   ・Clean race Bonus: when all drivers made a clean race;
   ・Special Stage participation Bonus: to all drivers which participated to the Special Stage;
   ・Full time participation Bonus: to all Drivers which participated to all Rounds, for 3month.

The "Season Ranking" is  based on an effective points system. After the end of all Rounds, the 6 best "Season Point" will be effective for the "Season Ranking", and the other points will not be counted. All "Bonus Point" are effective.
The "Season Point" are given after each Round, and the top ranked drivers of each Season will be invited to the CHAMPIONS CUP.

■ <2nd Season> Driver Registration

How to registrate:
　1. Download the Registration Sheet, and fill it.
　2. Send the sheet to the e-MINI CHALLENGE® organization's e-mail address
　3. Send a Friend request to "Sanwatrd_32", the Sanwa Trading's official PS account. 

*2nd Season's registration will be over for each class when the corresponding class reaches its capacity.

Registration limit:
　Please send your Registration Sheet 2 hours before the next Round starts.

A Driver registration is required for participating each Season of the 2020 Series.
Once registrated, the driver will be able to join to all races for the corresponding season, and a "Season Point" will be given after each round according to the race result. 
On the day of the round, please enter to the race room with the room ID announced via Facebook or Youtube, or by searching the room checking "Show Only Rooms With Friends".

■ <2nd Season> Group Sorting

At the e-MINI CHALLENGE® 2020 Series 2nd Season, drivers will be sorted into two Classes as below:
　Class A (Max. 12 Drivers)
　Class B (Max. 14 Drivers)
　Class C (Max. 14 Drivers)

Each driver's class will be determinated referencing the Registration Sheet filled at the Driver Registration, by the e-MINI CHALLENGE® Organization.

■ CHAMPIONS CUP

The CHAMPIONS CUP is the last event held as the Final of the 2020 Series. The right to participate to the CHAMPIONS CUP is determinated by each "Season Ranking" top ranked drivers, when all the regular races are finished. The winner of the CHAMPIONS CUP will be awarded as the "Series Champion".
 
■ Precautions

● Before Participating the season

A Driver Registration is a must to participate to each season of the e-MINI CHALLENGE® 2020 Series. A driver who did not fill the registration sheet won't be able to join the race, even if entering the room.
Once registrated, the Driver Registration is effective for all races until the season ends. 


● Sportsmanship and regulations

"Gran Turismo SPORT" may be a race game, but it is also known as a high quality "real driving simulator".
The e-MINI CHALLENGE® is a motorsports event held in virtual, so as for other sports events, please follow the rules and respect sportsmanship. 
During the season, any drivers who do not respect the rules and sportsmanship will be, after warning, punished by the e-MINI CHALLENGE® administrator.


● About connexion troubles during the race

During the race, drivers could be hit by some connexion troubles due to internet environment.

If few Drivers seems to be not able to race in right conditions, the organizer will announce the restart of the qualification (red flag). Then, all Drivers must leave once the room, and when all the concerned drivers re-join the room, the qualification will start again.
The restart will be done only once in a race. Even if connexion troubles happen after the restart, the qualifying will continue.

When a Driver is hit by these connexion troubles, please follow the instructions below:
  1. Leave the room before the Final starts;
  2. Check your internet environment, see if there are any troubles;
  3. Restart the application and/or your PS4;
  4. Re-enter to the room

● Privacy Policy

All personal information provided at the Driver Registration will only be used for this event, or for research and analysis to improve the event's quality. Your personal information will not be provided to a thhird party without consent of participants and parents for minors. At the e-MINI CHALLENGE®, your handle name and PSN account will be showed at the season Ranking and while participating the race.
